Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There's a sticky at the top of the forum which goes through it and eircom should have helped. It's easy enough anyway just read the sticky.

A sticky is a post that can't be deleted. Normally guides on how to do things.

I sticky is a topic that is so useful that it is always at the top of the forum! It does not get pushed down by newer topics in the forum.

In any case, the easiest way to get eircom to work is to go into the router settings (there should be a link to it on your pc) and completely disable the firewall (but make sure to have firewall protection on the pc itself). Then xbox live should hook up automatically
