    Cooley Distillery was named World and European Distiller of the Year 2008
    Kilbeggan, Greenore,Tyrconnell, Connemara are some of the Whiskeys distilled there

    bushmills distillery reserve unfortunately you have to go upto the distellery to buy it but you can have is name on the label for £6 lovely stuff though

    You can get it in the old Dublin distilery too.

    I'd go with a 12 year old red breast. Beautiful.

    Redbreast 12 year old is definitely the best value for money, non standerd Whiskey on the market and is available in most supermarkets for aroudn 40-45 euro. This has been discussed over on the drinks forum in a best value for money thread and I think this was the common consensus.

    The Jameson 12 year old is surprisingly dissapointing
