Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi everyone. I have had an Esse 350 on order since early September. My supplier has said it is "production difficulties" and that the manufacturer just can't keep up with the orders. But I wonder if anyone out there knows whether this is the case. They are trying to push me into a more expensive insert stove which involves digging 1" out of the back wall of my fireplace. Would be grateful if you could help out on this one, Many thanks!:)

If they cannot provide you with the goods as described you're entitled to your money back. Especially if thats the best remedy they can offer.

They haven't stiffed me on money yet, luckily it's still in my pocket, they made an arrangement for cod and haven't delivered yet, so I am ok on that score. Does anyone know if any suppliers in Ireland have an Esse 350 (black) in stock? Would be happy to pay a visit and collect...Many thanks!

Don't know if you are prepared to go north. When we were sourcing our esse300, Kildress plumbing in Cookstown Tyrone definitely had them in stock and also at a more reasonable price. T'would be even better now the way sterling is! Good luck.

Many thanks, will give them a bell, most of the UK and northern companies seem to be quite proactive about calling back with quotes...still waiting for 3 down this way to even bother making contact, must have loads of money....
