Digiweb Slower at 8Mb than it was at 6Mb??

Anyone else noticing this?? My last speed test was 2 mins ago and was about 5.5 Mbs down and .9 up.Nowhere good enough for the 8down 1up i'm paying for.Seeing this a lot lately and its starting to bug me. I rarely found digiweb download speeds below 90%, up to the last month or 2.Is this what we're getting for last months…

I rarely found digiweb download speeds below 90%, up to the last month or 2.Is this what we're getting for last months 5euro hike??? I'd like to move isp's but i don't have a phoneline, chorus don't have their fibre optics layed where i live, so i'm kinda stuck with digiweb for a while at least.
