Voluntary site ban?

Is is possible to take a voluntary site ban(for several days)? I'd like to take a siteban till 3 pm tomorrow, and from Sunday night till 12pm Tuesday? I have exams so I want to study. I'd like to take this ban (if/when an admin replys don't ban me straight away. I'll pm you)
