Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Contempary composer or comedian, punk or intellectual, madman or
genius. There are many mysteries surrounding the bearded nomad
otherwise known as Shigeru Ishihara. One thing however, can be
guaranteed. This man can take a rave and flip it on its head, spin it
back to the Renaissance period then drop kick it way into the future.

For the past few years he has been tearing up soundsystems worldwide
with nothing but a pair of Gameboys, a mic and a distortion pedal. Far
from this minimal setup being a hindrance, this combination of lo-fi
electronics, technical wizardry, and a KFC bucket-sized portion of raw
musical talent has resulted in some of the freshest and most
    innovative music around.

Shige's recorded output has matured since the release of his 2006
debut, KFC Core, but lost none of the frenzy. The follow-up,
ScotchHausen, saw him influenced by the great composers of the 20th
Century - Reich, Cage, Moondog, Stockhausen.

Now, on the recommendation of Lightning Bolt, Load Records have hooked
up with Egg to release his most concise set yet - Drumized - stamping
his 8-bit take on to further diverse fields such as dub, grind, and
    jazz.

    TEN PAST SEVEN

"In a music world where entry into popular acceptance and appreciation
depends on little more than a catchy tune and one phrase repeated over
and over as a chorus, a purely instrumental band which leaves no room
for a vocal line of any kind is almost as rare as one which is truly
unique. When confronted with something like Ten Past Seven, our minds
tend to work the same way as if confronted with something totally
original: we sit transfixed for a moment then grasp desperately for
points of reference as if we can thus qualify what we hear." - Cluas.com

    HOMOLUDO

Currently or formerly active in acts as diverse as PCP, Mouthpiece and
the Dublin Guitar Quartet, these three scene veterans are promising to
bring us a full on mix of face-blending breakcore and ultra-shred riffage.
    Beware.
