[Eircom] Line fault and awaiting an engineer

    My broadband has been down for days and eircom cant say when they can send an engineer. Is there any way around just waiting, the prospect of xmas w/o xbox live is killing me :(

    As with all ISP's they may not need to send an engineer to your premises, they need to check exchange level first....have they told you they've done this?
