    Try

    http://www.radionics.ie

They are in rialto (in dublin) so you can collect (usually take a day for them to arrive in store) but delivery should be next day also.

    http://radionics.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=searchProducts&searchTerm=1N4148&x=14&y=14

    Also you can try

    http://ie.farnell.com/

Been a while since I ordered from there so I can't remember delivery times. Pretty quick as far as I recall and was free.

That's a lot of diodes!!! what you building? a HV power supply?

For that kind of quantity you'd probably have to get them from radionics or farnell...

im making a monome 64. its a hardware controller for software.
all open source and with a really friendly community huddled around it.
(the guys behind monome produce kits in small numbers and they sell out within minutes, so the other alternative is DIY)

Im using third party button boards which require 64signal diodes, and I stupidly was relying on maplins to have plenty in stock.

Have a look at monome.org if your curious!
