Wouldn't bother with the Frames either, absolute garbage. Get yourself some Qotsa, Beastie Boys and some Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

Definitly their latest one! Runnin' Wild. It has plenty of hits on it, "Too Much, Too Young, Too Fast" and "Diamond In The Rough" get constant airplay on Kerrang & Scuzz. Other favourites of mine are "Runnin' Wild" and "Cheap Wine And Cheaper Women". But there loads of great songs on it.

You should try these excellent albums:

    The Cult - Sonic Temple
    Thin Lizzy - Black Rose
    Def Leppard - Hysteria
AC/DC - Let There Be Rock (has a very raw but excellent guitar sound)
Rush - Moving Pictures & Signals
    David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust
    The Cult - Love
    Bryan Adams - Reckless
    Rush - Exit Stage Left
Aerosmith - Toys in The Attic
Smashing Pumpkins - Melon Collie (it does have a few bad songs but the good ones outweigh the bad)
    Thin Lizzy - Bad Reputation
    U2 - War

These albums might appeal to you, seen as though you have a commercial taste in rock music. All these albums are classic and they don'nt just have one or two great songs on them like the albums today, but they have at lot of standout songs per album.

A very harsh assessment, but you and I obviously have different tastes.
