    in Galway City (Fort Lorenzo). 1km from prom, 2km
    from Hospital/University. 300 euro/month.
    Part-Share house with owner (we are moving to
    Austria), so (most) of the time you will have the house
    to yourself, but (often enough) the owner will be back
    on visits for a few days to stay in the house.
