It is most unlikely that there are fees for having credit balance on a credit card, I've never heard of it anyway.

All providers have online facilities. You might find that you can link your credit card account to your current account, assuming you also bank with BoI.

You'll have to ask them how to get setup, it might involve posting out access codes and may take up to a week or so.

You've to ring up BOI and ask them to add your credit card to your online banking account. You can then check your CC whenever you want and you can add it as a beneficiary so you can put money in each time.
