1) How can see how many referrals i have (grand total of 0) faq said profile but cant see it 2) How can i get a link to give to someone to refer them to register

1) can't, never has been viewable iirc.

I don't know why it's tracked other than maybe trying to form some sort of quasi functional tree of people who may or may not bear relation to one another. I know I personally never fill it out when I sign up for a forum.
