    Hello,
    I am looking for an integrated system which will bring all our requirements together on one system.
    We are not a unique company. We provide bespoke solutions comprising software, hardware, technical services and training. It is critical that we accurately capture the details of each component of the solution we provide, add to our database, monitor performance of each component and generate annual maintenance charges for each customer. We currently use a combination of Excel, Surado CRM, Optima Sunrise and QuickBooks accounts package. Obviously there is a lot of duplication.

    We need a single system which will:
    Manage Sales process
    Generate Quotations
    Generate PO's to suppliers
    Produce sales invoices
    Link to accounting package (currently using QuickBooks)
    Manage assets supplied to customers
    Manage warranty periods and post warranty charges
    Track support tickets
    Track equipment support
    Produce item list with annual maintenance charges
    Produce maintenance invoices

    Would welcome any comments please.

    So are you looking for companies to do it or looking for an idea of a package which does this for you??
