Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Plumber assures me he is RGI certified and has finished job of replacing gas boiler. Nothing filled in on log book as yet and expecting him to call tomorrow to look for payment. Should he have provided some sort of certificate or something to us? Also am I entitled to withhold part payment (say 50%) for a week or so to see whether everything is going ok?

cant really say about holding back money other than it would not be the norm but you should get and are entitled to declarataion of conformance which basicly means the installation confroms with all the regulations under IS 813 for domestic/ He keeps a copy you keep a copy and whatever compnay is supplying the gas should get a copy.
