Magic Roasting Bags - Recipe Help!?!?

Got Magic Roasting Bags last year and there was a recipe card with it for (a) boiling your ham for about an hour and then (b) baking it for the rest of the time. Turned out fantastic. Has anyone got this recipe or any suggestions for cooking the ham?
