Yeah, as much as I don't consider him good enough to partner Cesc you can't fault his effort. He's been our best player in this match(not hard) and think he could work well in replacing Cesc for the time being with a more mobile and energetic partner in midfield

Villa players starting to get frustrated now, we certainley have had the chances to be atleast be level. Clichy on now on the Left wing as Arsenal look to hold on.

without Carew on the bench though Villa dont really have anyone good enough to chnage things in an attacking sense atm.
