Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am thinking of buying an Air-X wind turbine, just a small one, 200-400w. Has anyone any experience of these turbines, how good are they, where is the best place to buy? etc. Thanks.

Where and by whom are they made? how much does it cost? and what do you plan to use it for?

Made in USA by Southwest wind, Approx, 850 USD, only using for lighting power on an outfarm, looking at them on Ebay

Hi, Sounds like the right machine for just odd lights. I assume planning to charge a battery or two. What other equipment is supplied eg. tower, charge controller etc...?

Not so sure about them now - read a few reports about them on the net, all very bad. All the controls are inside the alternator, which sounds nice but apparently they dont last very long.
Looking a few other makes now.
