Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lips - Xbox live download question.

    Hey all, I got the girlfriend Lips for the 360, but I don't have live. So I was wondering: is there any other way you can download new songs from Live, with a regular internet connection and transfer it to the 360, via USB key, or something similar?

    No sadly you cant. It would be handy if you could do that for the 360 though.

    Ya thats a bit crap alright, I just looked on the box and you can only get "Take on me" if you download it from Live... They use the song to advertise the game and you can only get it if you sign up to Live.

    I don't think you need Live Gold...

    There are 2 types of Xbox Live: Gold & Silver.
    Gold is what you're thinking of. It costs a monthly or annual subscription, and you can play games online with other people.
    Silver, however, is free. It lets you get your game updates, download movies and add-ons, but you can't play online games.

    It'd be crazy for microsoft to charge for access to the marketplace, when this is a nice source of revenue in itself.

    Plug in your network cable and give it a shot. There's a really nice update to the dashboard waiting for you (for free) also.
