Just wondering what knowledgeable people make of this table of food values (with values for protein, fat, carb per 100g). Does it seems accurate or even useful?

    http://www.brianmac.co.uk/food.htm

    and another one here:

I'm trying to find a good resource for figuring out what foods I should be eating to get the carb/protein/fat amounts I'm after. If anyone knows of any info like this I'd be grateful if they could tell me!
