    Yeah I'm in Viewmount and it went, same with neighbours.

    I did phone up and was told the earliest appointment I could get for an engineer would be Friday 2nd January. Mind you the sort of sh1te on tv this christmas makes me think it may be a blessing.

    It came back after half an hour.

    Im in Viewmount too, and yeah there was a 30 min or so power cut around that time. Don't use NTL though so dunno what the story is with them.

    ahh ntl! nothing but problems, my new year's resolution is to switch to Sky :)
