Can anyone tell me the bt broadband DSL user name and password that I should be using. I can't get through to them and I am trying to use my phone to check the net. Not going that well

Only way to find out is to call in. Maybe they will help if you email residentialsupport@btireland.ie.

As its an account issue the email support may not be able to help you.

Your user name is usually in the format:

irishguy@btbb

Your password was chosen by you when you first signed up.
