Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fifa 09: Cannot subscribe due to parental control

My son got an xbox for xmas and wants to play Fifa 09 online. He is fairly good but the problem is that I stuck parental controls on his live account and the EA Sports says that it must send me an email which never arrives.

Is there a way around this?

I dunno what is going on, I get a message that a parent must allow useage of online, so I put my email addy in and never got the email. I think there was a thread about problems with EA Sports and emails via Xbox live.

Will log into his xbox live account and see if I can change the setting. And no I am not the son, wish I were that young again :)

Ok, emailed EA, basically they no longer allow anyone under 13 to play online. My son is 13 and 3 months but the server is stopping him. Awaiting a reply on that
