That's the kind of bollox red nose would come out with. Shay isn't 'raising' his game. He's always this good. He's just having to show it more today.

Well i watch Newcastle twice a year, i dont see him play like this all the time. Always seems to do it against us though

Agreed, and there was a lad on the line to cover it even if it had gone past Given.

Its just we have so many shots against other teams that are not clinical enough. some of the guys are just glad to get it on target! i.e. lucas!

Any other continental keeper would have gone off with the hit given got on the throat! would love to see him move and win a couple of trophies.

That's been coming all half, nice finish by Gerrard. It's the first time I've watched Newcastle live this season and they're hopefully inept. They haven't put together one passing movement all half. It's all too easy for Liverpool.
