cheap holiday package??

I am looking into sending my dad away to a racetrack maybe to the easter festival at fairyhouse does any one know of somewhere that does a package deal or of a hotel that is very close by needs to be very close as dad is in a wheelchair so would need to be wheelchair friendly aswell.
