Need help with excel

I want to list a load of .avi files in an excel sheet. I was able to download a mp3filelister.xls but was not able to edit the macro.

Can anyone help me out here please.

cd to your directory and type:
dir *.avi /O N > list.txt

If you are just looking to list a particular folder contents try this:

http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,23030-order,1-page,1-c,alldownloads/description.html


Its a free application that I use to list my media center contents. It exports it into different formats like .csv that can be opened with MS Excel.

Hope its of some use.
