Coolskies, if we do this and do a decent distance I might be convinced to run Waterford next week(at a slow pace) if it's still on.

Less of the ifs madam. You're bloody going or else it's not gonna be much of a group training session. You can test your new Yak Trax.

Force it. Get a crowd out. :D I want to get out anyway in case I can't on Sunday as Sunday will be weather and the amount of drink consumed tomorrow permitting.

If we get a bit of a proper thaw this weekend, and there's anywhere in Dublin that becomes runnable, does anyone want to get some kind of session going?

Yep, I'll be in. There were already some parts of the park that were runnable last weekend (Acres Rd). I am sure there'll be enough thaw to get us out on saturday. maybe we can meet around midday?

I'll probably go tomorrow if the roads are runnable, I'm likely to be there earlier though 12 is a bit late for me. There's shopping to be done and football to be watched to ya know.

I'll be up for a run on saturday morning. Might stretch it as far as 16. Mr Slow, you're planning 8 right? I could maybe do 8 with yourselves and another lap solo after...

I'm gonna do at least 10 probably 12 (haven't been in double figures since DCM), how does 10am suit?

10am sounds good. we'll have to meet at the papal car park as Knockmaroon will be a no go with the race. I just checked there and the race itself starts at 11. that means we'll be able to catch a bit of it near the end of our run...

Can't believe yee aren't racing. Even I'm running the 5k.

Frank, I may join you on Sunday, but I probably won't. I'm a bit of a no show these days.
