9am kind of suits me better as well. So for those doing 13+ can you all make it for 9am instead? For those doing 13 or less, it is fine to come at either 9am or 10am. We'll make sure to loop back to the car park after 6 or 7 miles to pick up the pack....

9 would actually be quite handy.

Anyone been in the park? Is it slippy? Some paths here are a bit lethal...

RQ. Seeing as you never turn up at the group runs, you don't really have much say in the road trip. :P just saying like.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,551 ✭✭✭chinguetti

I'm in for the trip to Mallow and what i know of the area, tis a fairly fast enough course. Thanks for the offer.

Mr Slow's text reach me while test driving cars today. When i came home, i had to go for a run as met loads of people running and felt guilty (don't worry this is leading somewhere). Guy drives across me while running without indicating and stopped to apologise by saying the following:

'Sorry about that and for cutting across your flight plan but you're not good enough to win an Olympic marathon. I'm not a terrible person and sure i'm not the driving priest.'

And no, i've no idea what all that was about either.

Think it's a misguided reference to Fr. Niall Horan who interrupted the olympic marathon in Athens. Glad you're in for the drinks race :D

Yeah, then I remembered I didn't care what a doctor on call who doesn't know me recommends. :pac:

It's no longer a 'goal race' but I'm going to give it a whack. Are you and Ken heading over? Eddie and I are running it anyway.
