Meant to do 18 yesterday so will say 18 for next week with maybe hope for 20 depending on how it goes.

Could be a lot less if Meno tells me any more stories about his rice krispies.

Shall we start with the Frank Duffy 10 route? And could one of the people driving bring a spare bottle of water, for if/when we stop back at the car park? Thanks

Fine with me. I'll have plenty of water as well. Can stop after the first loop for water (think it's around the 6 mile mark).

Chinguetti - 12m at 9.30 is perfect for me so i'll tag along with yourself.
Are you planning on looping back to the car park?
I'm driving so i can bring extra water, if not i'll bring a belt.....

We'll generally always loop back to the car park every 5/6 miles to either grab water or leave someone off so the people doing 8/10/12/16/18 will generally all run together. I'd imagine on Saturday we'll stop for a drink at 5/6 miles then go out until about 10/12 miles and then the ones going longer will go for another loop.

    See you on Saturday!

shivDCM, i think Meno has answered your question.

I'll have a car and will be selling water out of the boot if anyone wants it:pac:

Calf is still giving me a bit of bother although not as sore as yesterday. Hoping to be still ok for tomorrow but maybe not as far as planned.

Will make final decision in the morning when I wake up but usual rules apply if I'm not there don't wait for me.

Going to try to get out of bed for this, looks like DCM is out the window but gotta start losing some weight... I'll be part of the slower brigade doing 9:30+ but should be fun, hopefully see everyone in the morning

Hope to see you there too!
