Are you in Marley regularly on a Wednesday ? What time ?

10am works for me, and I think it works better for the lazy Brownian. I'll check with him (in case he hasn't noticed this thread).

Sorry I threw it up here as might slip past people in the training logs and might be a good idea to try and get a good group of us out and let other people know bout it (hope I am not stepping on any toes being last to the party so to speak:D)

I know this is a little late but if anyone is interested gonna be trying to get hills reps as part of a regular session if anyone interested. They are base on time rather than distance with Jog back down recovery so everyone will start together and it will keep everyone as a group for the whole session. Can also suit varying levels as you can do every second one and take longer recovery if needs to or what ever

Removing myself from Saturday group, been off all week with knee issue - so while I plan to run, I will do far shorter & slower run in a park much closer to home.

Will bring a few more bodies along. Will give myself and RR a chance to argue some more about the 10miler aswell.

Cool we are actually meeting at 10 instead of 9.30 now.

My fault for change of time. If that is too late you could loop back to car park!

No 10am is grand, the later start time wont scare so many off this time.
