HI guys, there's a triathlon in the park tmrw. I cant get any info on what time it starts or what the traffic restrictions are. Just wondering if we should play it safe and meet at garda HQ again. Its generally not affected by traffic restrictions? Any ideas?

...are you folks not planning on running DCM? In which case surely 20 miles two weeks out is somewhat unorthodox ? Aren't you in taper land?

Probably a good idea, transition area is up by the papal cross car park I think.

Hi Shiv, 12 easy miles for 12 at the papal cross car park is excellent. 9.30/9.45 a mile would do the trick i guess.
