Basically I am doing long session @ 3.33km pace/5.43 which is

17.46 5k pace or
35.33 10k pace

So if anyone was doing reps of the following pace and wanted to join in they would be more than welcome for the bit of company

43 sec 200s
86 sec 400s
2.52 800s
3.33 1kms

People can do reps and recoveries of there choice and just pop in and out as I am doing 5k reps

Let me know if anyone interested?

If there are no takers I could manage that however the pace will be 2.52 so I could be a target if you wont budge from 3 min:D

No worries, if there's more interest I'll join you in UCD. Otherwise I'll be in Tallaght at about 6pm.
I would do 400's at about that pace, but for the 800's you can be my rabbit

Yeah but the event is on Saturday and the group run is on sunday.

Yes you will be well able for the 10 min/mile group - if you do 6 miles in 55 mins, that's about 09:10 pace. Meno's pace is probably a bit quick for you but you're more than welcome to join the slowbies

I was thinking of 8 miles at 8.30 pace but you'ld have to behave yourself:p Then again, its only Monday and you'll possibly get a taker for the 8 minute pace.
