Basically I am doing long session @ 3.33km pace/5.43 which is

17.46 5k pace or
35.33 10k pace

So if anyone was doing reps of the following pace and wanted to join in they would be more than welcome for the bit of company

People can do reps and recoveries of there choice and just pop in and out as I am doing 5k reps

I'm out - need a lie on! Will be doing a slightly different 10 with Digdig at 10.30 ish if anyone's interested - heading from marlay out the wicklow way 5 miles out & 5 miles back. Probably closer to 9.30 pace.

Sounds good and could be a nice alternative to the phoenix park. I did a recce of leg 1 back in May, you can park in Kilmashogue and follow the route till Ballybrack rd and then head back, probably about 12 miles though but the views are well worth it and the second half is a nice free fall till you have to go back and get the car.

I'd love to do this if it became a regular run, alas the achilles would'nt thank me on those hills atm. Maybe in a few weeks.
