Yeah, that was definitely us. Great run but the wind was brutal. Did I see you running around the car park to make up distance?
No! But I saw one of you guys running little tiny circles for that same purpose
! I actually dropped a friend off back at the carpark and then headed out for a extra few miles on my own.

Haha, that was you so. We saw 2 people go to the back of the carpark then you coming back and assumed you were making up distance. That was Pistol 75 doing the mini circles. He was determined that his Garmin would tell him 15.00 miles :pac:0 -

Planning 10-14 miles in the hills at the weekend, but pretty flexible about time and place. Options include Dublin Mountains Way (out and back) from 3 rock, Glendalough (up to the pass into Glenmalure, back down via WW to Derrybawn, back to Glendo), an out and back on the Wicklow Way, starting and ending at Johnny Fox's...
Pace pretty easy (6 to 7 mins per km?), but can be adjusted within reason.
Time probably about 11ish either morning (unless the boss has other ideas).
Note: this is not a firm plan (as you should see by now
), but just a flag-fly to see if there's interest. 0 -

Meet Free Car park on Clontarf Rd near dart station (not the dart staion car park)
Session 20 mile LSR up into howth and back
Pace 8-9 min/mile (Can go a bit slower if people need)
