I'm off to Donadea on Sat @ 1pm for approx 20-25km (4-5 laps) around the course to be used for the 50km next month if anyone's interested?

I'll also be doing at least 20km in the Phoenix Park (Papal Cross) tomorrow afternoon @ 2pm.

People always seem to find a way of having to miss the tougher ones. Never hear of anyone abandoning a 3M recovery for a few pints
