    Hey DRQ, will be hoping to do something along those lines on Sunday (Lakes 10k on Saturday), so if you have any flexibility to push out to Sunday, let me know.

    Sorry lads but have to run Saturday do to childcare responsibilities Sun morning! Would love to get a good group lsr going these next couple of weeks tho- you racing athlone KC? (I already know u are DR!)

    No prob, not sure if I even around now. Definitely should organise something. Don't worry, we will make the run as flat as possible to prepare you both for Frankfurt! I wouldn't want to give anybody altitude sickness......!!

    Yep, also racing down in Athlone.

    Time: Sunday 14th September 9am-10am (flexible enough)
    Pace: 7.00-7.30 min pace
    Distance: 18-20 miles

    Boom! See you there. Was about to post something similar although I was thinking about tipping around at 5 minute pace but anyway :)

    Wasn't sure if there would be anyone about with Flatline this week

    Why you think I pushed it back to a little later, don't worry have started getting my act together so I'm 110% committed to this one :P

    I usually recover pretty well after races. This of course may be down to the fact I am racing like a donkey at the moment!!!

    I second that motion! The later the better (with reason!) Could do a bit of the DCM route if it suited.

    Time starting anytime between 10am and 12pm
    20 miles (pace between 6:50and 7:20 but am doing last 6 @ 6:05-6:10


    shot in the dark here guys.... finding the prospect of doing this solo hard to stomach!

    20 miles: 7:30 ish with a few faster bits maybe
