Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if this should go here so Mods move if Im wrong.

I just got an iTrip, anyone have any tips how to get the sound quality better when its tuned in?

It sounds fine when the music is low/not a lot going on, but tends to deteriorate into a crackling mess if the music is too loud or there are a few layers in the music.

    Thanks all.

I got an iTrip and it works great for me. I assume you have good quality MP3s in the first place (192kbps or higher). You also have to find a clear frequency on your radio. If there is a station competing with the frequency you've chosen, you'll get interference. For me (and I do alot of driving), I find that 92.4 works great across the southern half of the country (mid-west, midlands, east) and doesn't clash with anything.

Mines was really bad so I opened it up and see the little grey wire at the back(which is the antenna)? Wasn't even connected to the circuit itself hahaha

So I got a new one off my friend and it sounded poifect!

Open it up and if that's what's wrong, get a new one.

try a different set of speakers in case you are overdriving the ones you have

probably better in Headphones & Portable Audio Devices
