Starting Up

Thinking about getting into MMA just wondering what would be the best area to try get into for cagerage type fighting never had any training but physically I am very strong I was hoping to start up MMA for cardio and fun and perhaps in a few years try a fight or two thanks

Start training at an MMA Club. They're all very welcoming to beginners.
