How comes some people have usernames on this consisting of more than 15 characters?

    Dude it it is, a pain in the ass. Best to get in there after they upgrade vBulletin with standard defaults.

    Take a more practical approach. List accounts listed Name_BDSIE_001 to 589

    Longest username I've seen has 23 characters:

    So this is what it has come to. You have actually taken time out to correct the mis-spelt word in my post. Life is precious my friend, and you're wasting it on the internet, hovering over other people's posts, searching for spelling errors which you can point out to everyone, every now and again recieving a "thanks" for your effort.

    Has your life REALLY become so meaningless?

    you're counting the number of letters in peoples usernames, that can't be a good sign :p

    there was definitely a limit at some stage as i remember Jesus_thats_gre mention that his name was originally meant to be Jesus_thats_great but was too long

    I never knew there was a limit. My unsername has above 15 characters because I never knew of the arbitrary 15 character rule...
