    [ Pearl Jam ftw! ]

Routine based on an exrx template for a push pull split (geddit? :D). The plan is initially 2 days on one day off, then repeat, depending on my college tt this semester and life etc. :) I have two different push workouts (A&C) for a bit of variety and one pull workout B.

    Today was Pull (B)

    Assisted Pull-up: (cw = 20) X 8 X6 X6
    SL Deadlift: (26kg) X 12 (28.5kg) 2 X 10 (33.5kg) 2 X 8
    Barbell Row: 16kg X 10, 21kg 3 X 8
    Leg Curl: 60kg 2 X 8, 70kg X7, 80kg 2 X 5
    Seated Lateral Raises: 4kg 2 X 8, 5kg, 2 X 5
    Hanging Leg Raises 3 X 10

Cardio: 40-45 mins on the bike (High intensity)

How are you finding the program so far? Often thought about it but never did!

I like the push pull split because I never feel like I've worked out unless I hit my legs in some way, so it gets around that problem for me, but still gives me a nice split so I can go two days in a row.

I'll see how things go for 2 months or so probably and then see if my lifts have increased much I guess! That will be the real proof :)

    Thanks for the comment :)

I know, I'm pretty weak :o Do you mean my 1rm? I never really tested it. I just tend to keep everything between 6 - 10 reps. I did manage 2 reps with 14kg DBs (Bench) a few weeks back though, but I'm going to give this a few more weeks before trying again I think.
