sorry if this is a repeat but was looking at upgrading my ram and sandra tells me i have 4 slots each with ddr- sdram but cruical tell me i have 4 slots ddr dimm, are they the same :confused::confused: also whats the difference between pc2700 and pc3200

Yup they're the same. PC3200 is faster but you probably won't notice much of a difference.

though... be *very* careful that you buy the exact RAM for your model of computer.
I went through buying 3 sets of RAM to upgrade my old PC... and i still didnt get it right !
(and ive a degree in computer engineering!)
