Hi, can anybody please tell me what happens if you cannot collect a payment? Can you request that the post office holds the payment for you to collect at a later stage?

Just seeing if I could collect it at a later date as I have plans for new years. Anyway read up a bit on their site and it looks like I better go and collect to avoid any complication at a later stage. No worries.
