How do you get your circadian rhythms back in sync??

    huge problems nodding off from time to time.. end up floating away as the suns coming up and missing half the day... viscious cycle becomes a killer to break

    obviously copious fermented liquid consumption and inhalation of smelly herbs can get the head down but not good for long term health to rely on either for sleep..

    cant stand the idea of resorting to tablets...

    tried herbal.. they work at first, but seem to become inneffective over time..

    the best i've found.. is to skip one night completely then try to get an early night the next.. force myself up early from there..

    suggestions?? others have same problem?
