    heavy, proper snow now and it's starting to stick on the grass:D:D

    this must be the back end of the front. so it looks like the forecast of a couple days ago was spot on afterall.

    He was last spotted on a hill near Galway wearing a super-hero costume (see the annual forecast comp thread). So I imagine he has a fortress of solitude around there somewhere. :D

    3.5 and dropping here... Moderate to heavy rain with some sleet mixed in. I can here the freshly (almost) melted drops of sleet hitting the metal table and chairs on the balcony - not fully rain but nowhere close to being snow either - a wintry mix as the yanks would say!

    Rain has passed, clear sky at the moment, seems to haven gotten a little windier also. Temp, as well as DP falling.

    Light snow, still alot of snow lying, and very icy surfaces this morning. Currently -3 but feels way colder. Heading up towards the eastern border with Hungary later, it is though more or less the same according to weather reports, maybe a degree colder.

    2.4c here atm down from a high of 5.0c at around 3.30am. DP 1.7c 13.2mm rain overnight (imagine if it hade been snow:rolleyes:).

    1.4c here now with DP 0.7c. Splodge of ppn heading for Wicklow certainly, not sure if it will make it to Dublin.

    Snow reported at Cork and Knock APs at 7am.
