Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

I'm trying to update my xbox 360 interface to the new Xbox Experience thingy. However, I dont have Live at the moment, so I had to dload the file from the Xbox website and copy it to a cd......

But, when i put the cd into the xbox and turn off and back on etc it does not recognise the cd at all, it still says "open tray"....or "disc unreadable"

I followed the instructions exactly as theyre laid out here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/console/systemupdates.htm

Any ideas what I can do here?

    Thanks!

Why would you want to update if you are not online?
There is nothing special there for offline use

It could be the disc you used, certain 360's won't read certain discs, seemingly completely randomly! Mine for instance won't read about 50% of cdr's! try a different brand if you have one or a dvdr instead (if you haven't already!) or try burning at a lower speed.
