    I know what it is like, my heart goes out to you not only for the terrible affliction you are suffering that goes unacknowledged by society and life-threatening health problems you are enduring but also for the hours you spend tirelessly searching for answers and the toxic abuse sufferers and survivors find themselves subjected to.
