    2008 was a mixed bag for me as well but positives:
    • Falling in love with my OH all over again on our first weekend away alone in years!
    • Someone else has said it already... joining boards! Definately one of my better ideas!
    • Professional recognition after eight years!
    • My sons health has improved at last.
    • The people I loved at the start of 2008 are all still with me at the end of 2008.

    Have to say..it was a great year for me :)

    Bought my own place
    Got a promotion which enables me to work in my chosen field
    Became an aunt for the 3rd and 4th time
    Passed my driving test
    Got a new car
    And most inportantly...for the first time in a good few years, i didn't have to attend any funerals.

    Am hoping 2009 will be equally as good to me!

    Meeting my guy

    freeing myself of the negative ppl in my life

    Positives

    Went to college
    Got a dream job (dream would be better with better money)
    Met fantastic guy
    Went on my first proper holiday
    Learnt how to drive (Need to apply for test at some stage)
    Nobodies dead

    All in all a good year. Now I have to do it all over again.
