Im a 19 year old girl insured with Quinn I have a full licence for a year now no penalty points and never been in an accident since I have started driving nearly 3 yrs ago. Basically I was involved in an accident my car is possibly a write off not sure yet because i sliped on a icy road and hit a car I have a standard golf with alloys and a subtle body kit which were on it when I bought it a half a year ago. I declaired the alloys but not the bodykit but theres no damage to the bodykit will this affect my claim does anybody know??
    Thanks
    :)

They really should only take performance mods into account, but they could get trickey about it. Check out the policy booklet and see what it says about mods.

IF they do get nasty about it you can always have it referred to the ombudsman.
