    Double Room available in modern 3 bed city-centre house. Sharing with 2 other people (Both 30 year old professional males, both from Galway). I own the house and am leaving the country for approx 18 months.

    The room itself is spacious, fully furnished with a built in wardrobe. Main bathroom adjacent to bedroom is shared with 1 other person. The house has all mod-cons, very modern, large back garden and a 5 minute walk (or less) into city centre and a stones throw from the University and University Hospital.

    €400 per month (with 1 month deposit required). This includes TV. Every other bill is shared except for refuse. I will continue to pay refuse charges in my absense. Room is available from January 19th. Looking for a professional or post-graduate student.
