    Hi guys,

    I have stuck a deal for a property in co.cavan for 170K. the price of the property came from 210K. I am hoping to put a booking deposit in a week time. is this deal is a good deal. Even if the price falls what yours thought in reduction from 170K in a year time. Keep in mind iam paying rent. Nice localty and nice house and well done. please give your thought in relation to my decision.

    Do you work in Cavan?
    What size house is it for 170k?
    How many times your income is it?

    We cant answer without some more information.
