Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I took a few pics yesterday on a beach near Brandon Point Kerry, You should have seen this in action, it was my first time seen this type of kit, what would I give to have one!!!, Have anyone else seen or maybe even own one.

    Inch beach & surroundind defined airspace is another gliding area.

    I'm sure you have done a bit of research yourself by now here's a few photo's for you and some places to get info from.

    PPG Ireland is a forum you can sign up to ask questions etc.

    It's a great sport but training is needed speak to instructor's etc.

    I reckon I'd crash the thing before it got off the ground. Actually, I'd be amazed if I got it off the ground :-/

    :o Sorry, I should have mentioned that these were taken in Jersey near St. Corbiere lighthouse.

    However the weather can be just as good in Kerry and Inch beach will make for a fantastic location to shoot from with Redcliff stretching into the background.

    Its a designated gliding zone and they are towed along the beach for take off. Fantastic machines, was for a flight in one years ago and can still remember what it was like.
